Terms & Conditions
1. OVERVIEW
This website (https://madanova.com/) is operated by Almada Global Trading, a business registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration No. 193538-1. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Almada Global Trading (trading as MadaNova).
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (HYBRID MODEL)
Our store operates on a hybrid model, meaning we sell two types of products:
Local Inventory: Products stocked by us in Bahrain and shipped directly.
Global/Dropshipping Items: Products sourced from international suppliers (including but not limited to suppliers in the UK, Europe, and Asia) and shipped directly to you.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
Colors & Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Currency: Our store’s primary currency is Bahraini Dinar (BHD). If you are browsing in another currency, the checkout price will be calculated based on current exchange rates.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via BenefitPay, Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), and Debit Cards.
Taxes: Prices listed may not include import duties for international customers. For customers within Bahrain, prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Because we source products differently, shipping times vary:
Local Inventory (Bahrain): Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
Global/Dropshipped Items: Sourced internationally and typically delivered within 10 to 15 business days.
Customs & Duties: For international shipments (dropshipping items coming from outside your country), you as the buyer are the importer of record. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. MadaNova is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 14 days [You can change this to 30] from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, health and personal care items, and perishable goods.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item (whether local or dropshipped), please contact us immediately at almadastores@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
7. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS (DROPSHIPPING DISCLAIMER)
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties (our suppliers). We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
