At MadaNova (operated by Almada Global Trading), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not work out. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. RETURN WINDOW
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order #) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).
Personal care items (sanitary goods, beauty products, swimwear, or earrings) for hygiene reasons.
Gift cards.
Sale items (Only regular-priced items may be refunded).
3. RETURN PROCESS (How to Return)
Since we operate with both local inventory and global suppliers, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer on the package label. All returns must be coordinated with us first.
Step 1: Email us at almadastores@gmail.com or WhatsApp +973 3667 3247 with your Order Number and a photo of the item. Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions. Step 3: You will be responsible for shipping (or delivering) the item to our local returns center in Muharraq.

4. REFUNDS (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed.
Credit/Debit Card: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (processing time depends on your bank, usually 5-10 business days).
BenefitPay/COD: For Cash on Delivery or BenefitPay orders, refunds may be issued as Store Credit or via BenefitPay transfer, at our discretion.
5. EXCHANGES (Defective or Damaged Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
For Local Items: We can arrange a swap within 2-3 days.
For Dropshipped Items: If a global item arrives damaged, please send us a photo immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without requiring you to ship the broken item back.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was damaged/wrong).
Refunds: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Local Orders: Can be cancelled if the item has not yet been dispatched.
Dropshipping Orders: Once an order is placed and processed with our international supplier (usually within 12 hours), it cannot be cancelled as the item is already in transit. You must wait for it to arrive and then return it.
